Your Guide to Making a Love List That Attracts True Love

What is a Love List Anyway?
A love list describes your heart’s deepest desires and helps you focus your energy on what you truly want to experience. You can make a love list for anything, but here I’m going to focus specifically on creating one for your Twin Flame journey.
A love list outlines what you desire in a partner and in your relationship. It’s really important to get clear on your desired experience, because if you’re unclear, your Twin Flame will mirror that clarity, or lack of it. Manifestation becomes much easier when you are very clear about what you desire.
Love lists are one of my favorite tools. I make them for almost everything, and I update my Twin Flame love list regularly. They are powerful for manifesting your desires, and they’re also genuinely fun to create.
How to Make a Love List
The most important first step is to really drop into your heart space and feel who your Twin Flame is at a soul level. Feel into their heart and their Divine self.
If you’ve already met your Twin Flame, there can be a tendency to write your list based on their personality or external traits. Instead, it’s important to let go of appearances and surface-level characteristics and focus on who they are at the core of their being. This is about soul-level truth.
This means getting clear on your core values.
Do you value honesty? Commitment? Unconditional love?
What do you desire your relationship to feel like and look like?
Your love list can be as long or as short as you want. It can be detailed or simple. What matters most is clarity. You are not asking for too much. Your Twin Flame is your student-teacher, best friend, perfect partner, and ultimate lover. God created this person specifically to complement you in every way.
Allow yourself to trust what you feel in your heart. There will only be one person who truly matches this list.
Love Lists and False Twin Flames
A love list is also a powerful way to reveal a false Twin Flame. Your true Twin Flame will share your core values. They will want to go deeper with you, help you grow, and love who you truly are.
Your love list describes who your Twin Flame is at the core of their heart.
It’s okay if your Twin Flame doesn’t currently match everything on your love list. This doesn’t mean anything is wrong. Twin Flames grow into these qualities together. The purpose of the love list is clarity, not pressure.
There are no compromises with Twin Flames at the core-value level. As you grow and go deeper, you may update your love list, or your Twin Flame will naturally grow into what’s on it.
Writing Your Love List from Peace
When you create your love list, make sure you are in a peaceful state. This is very important. Write from your heart, not from fear or external circumstances.
Don’t worry about what’s currently happening in the physical world or whether someone you believe is your Twin Flame matches your list right now. Focus only on who they are at the core.
Include:
Your values (honesty, commitment, loyalty, etc.)
What you desire in a relationship
How you want the relationship to feel emotionally and spiritually
For example, some things on my love list include prioritizing health and well-being, and creating a relationship that is a safe space for complete openness and authenticity.
Love lists are not about physical traits. They are about who someone is at their core.
Attraction and Divine Alignment
With Twin Flames, attraction is rooted in Divine alignment. As long as both of you are choosing to align with your Divinity, you will be deeply attracted to each other, regardless of appearances or circumstances.
This alignment happens naturally. You don’t need to make your Twin Flame become anything. Who they truly are will match your love list.
Honesty is essential in Union. Allowing someone to be honest helps reveal alignment or misalignment quickly and clearly.
Revisiting and Embodying Your Love List
Revisit your love list regularly. Feel into each item and notice how it relates to your relationship with God, Source, or the Divine. Your Twin Flame mirrors that relationship.
Many of the qualities on your love list are things you are meant to embody yourself. A powerful next step after writing your love list is to begin living it with yourself and with God.
